Ed THERAPY Application process

Email bcollingwood@joshuainstitute.org to request both the Ed. Services AND Testing applications to be emailed to you.

1. Complete, sign, and return ALL pages of the JI Ed Services Application to bcollingwood@joshuainstitute.org.

2. Pay the $100 JI Ed Services Application Fee. This fee is nonrefundable.

Please make checks payable to Joshua Institute and write “Student name – App Fee” in the memo line, OR mail a check or visit our office M–Th, 9:00-3:00, to drop off cash or check (no credit cards).

3. Submit a JI Test application (if you have not already done so). JI needs both the Ed Services application AND the Test application.
If your student has any other applicable medical/educational diagnostic testing results, please provide JI copies of these test results, if you have not already done so.

4. Schedule any needed testing. Upon receiving the Testing application, You will be contacted in 3-5 business days to schedule any further testing. Testing dates are typically scheduled within 2-4 weeks of the test application submission date and depends on both your schedule and the JI Test Administrator’s schedule.

5. Discussion of test results and Therapy options.
Test results are typically ready in 4-6 weeks after all testing is completed. At that time,
the Director of Ed Services will schedule an appointment with you to review the test results and discuss Ed Therapy options.

6. Acceptance into the JI Ed Services Program
IF your student is accepted into the Ed Services Program, you will receive an “ACCEPTANCE” email from Joshua Institute.

7. Finalization and Coordination of Ed Services Provided
Your student’s assigned Ed Therapist (Coach) will contact you o coordinate and confirm the length of Ed Services sessions, as well as the optimal begin date.

8. The Final Step will be when your assigned Ed Therapist (Coach) contacts you to schedule the initial Ed Therapy session and review / sign the Ed Services contract.

Acceptance into our Ed. Services Program is dependent upon testing results

AND the availability of a JI Ed Therapist (Coach) aligning with your schedule.
