TESTING SERVICES

Cognitive – $500      Academic Achievement – Original – $375

 

EDUCATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES
    •    Full year = 35 weeks of service
    •    Rates are based on weeks of service but invoices are emailed monthly over nine months, September – May

TUITION

TEACH Therapy 2 x 40 minute session per week – $100 per week ($3,500 per full year)

Educational Therapy 2 x 60 minute sessions per week –  $160 per week ($5,600 per full year)

Educational Therapy 2 x 80 minute sessions per week – $185 per week ($6,471 per full year)

FEES

Application Fee – $100 (NEW applicants)   Re-Commitment Fee – $100 (Returning students)

Ed. Therapy Materials Fee – $150 (includes approx. three years’ materials)

Annual Re-Assessment and Report Fee – $150 invoiced in April

Mid-year Ed. Services withdrawal prior to the 10th of the month – 50% of that month’s tuition; after the 10th of the month – 100% of that month’s tuition. Withdrawal date is the date the Office Manager is notified, OR the student’s last day of services, whichever is the latter.

 

ACADEMY (JIA)
    •    Academy includes 2 x 60 minute Ed. Therapy sessions per week
    •    Pricing reflects this included service at a 25% discounted rate

TUITION

School$868 per month (11 months. August – June) $9,548 per year

Ed. Therapy reflecting the 25% discount – $382 per month (11 months, August – June) $4,202 per year

TOTAL JIA tuition$1,250 per month, Aug-Jun; $13,750 per year

FEES

Application Fee – $200 (NEW applicants)   Re-Commitment Fee – $200 (Returning students)

Curriculum Fee – $200 per year, due prior to the first day of class

School Supplies Fee$100 per year, due prior to the first day of class

Ed. Therapy Materials (if needed) – $150 (initial fee, typically covers three years)

Year -End Re-Assessment Fee (60% discounted AcAch Test price) – $150 per year, invoiced year-end in in April (this is a required fee)

Mid-year Academy withdrawal prior to the 10th of the month, September through April –  50% of that month’s tuition + Mid-year withdrawal Fee; after the 10th of the month – 100% of that month’s tuition + Mid-year withdrawal Fee. May or June (any date)  – 100% of that month’s tuition + Mid-year withdrawal Fee.

Mid-Year Academy withdrawal Fee$125 per month reflecting the 11 month billing cycle. TA families will still pay the full $125 per month.

Early withdrawal Fee (if withdrawn prior to the first day of class, but after signing Re-Commitment) – $1,450 (includes Curriculum Fee  and first month tuition). TA families will be responsible for the $200 Re-Committment Fee + only their % portion of the first month’s tuition) 

Withdrawal date is the date the Office Manager is notified, OR the student’s last day of Academy class, whichever is the latter.
